    I have always recommended this place to people and spent a lot of money buying their food since they opened however this time will be the last time after they thought it was good customer service to put a passive aggressive note on one of the burgers just because I asked politely if they could include one or two sauces separately. They have always given sauces free of charge whenever I've been to the store so I don't know why the change and even if, there is a better way of addressing it especially to a loyal customer.Edit to reply to owner:Clearly your staff is lying to you. I've added another photo which shows my notes when I ordered so I don't know where you got the " sauces" from.

    Easily the best burgers in Sheffield, flavour, texture, quantity, all fantastic. The chicken's great as well. The ribs are expensive but super tasty as well, the meat melts in the mouth.The soft drinks are a little expensive on their own, but as part of a meal fine, but the good thing is they have a great selection of flavours like grape and guava, not the boring standard cola/lemonade choices you get elsewhere.Forget all the big name chains, this is the place to get burgers.

    Best burger I've had in a long time! Can't wait to come back for another. The Chips, fizzy drinks and milkshakes are yummy too love all the neon lighting and the service was good. Compared to a lot of other eateries, we found it quite reasonably priced too. Just a word of warning, the sauce the burger comes with is rather hot and spicy so if you don't like hot food then ask for no sauce.
